What we collect
When you request a quotation, we collect your contact name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, selected product, and any quantity, packaging, timing, certification, or technical details you choose to submit.
How we use it
We use this information to review your requirement, prepare a commercial response, discuss supply and documentation, prevent form abuse, and keep records needed for the resulting business relationship or applicable legal obligations.
How it is handled
Form submissions are delivered to our export contact through our configured email delivery provider. We do not sell quotation data. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it to respond or operate the service.
Anonymous website measurement
We use privacy-focused Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated page views, referrers, device categories, general geographic traffic, and successful quote-request events. It does not use third-party cookies or include the contact details submitted in a quotation request.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, a resulting commercial relationship, security, or legal recordkeeping. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, email osama@egyptsaltgroup.com.
