What we collect
When you request a quotation, we collect the contact, company, product, quantity, packaging, destination, timing, and technical details you choose to submit.
How we use it
We use this information to review your requirement, prepare a commercial response, discuss supply and documentation, prevent form abuse, and keep records needed for the resulting business relationship or applicable legal obligations.
How it is handled
Form submissions are delivered to our export contact through our configured email delivery provider. We do not sell quotation data. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it to respond or operate the service.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, a resulting commercial relationship, security, or legal recordkeeping. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, email osama@egyptsaltgroup.com.
